1. Digital Services:
Once a digital service or product is purchased and delivered or initiated, it is non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, that is. within 24 hours of placing order, only then you may request consideration for refund by contacting us.
2. Memberships:
All memberships are non-refundable. These are offered at minimal pricing and are not subject to cancellation refunds.
3. Donations:
We do not collect any donations directly or indirectly. We only feature NGOs, animal welfare organizations, animal activists along with their details and information about their work. Thus, do not give anyone donation in name of Vihanam and kindly report us if anyone is asking for donation in our name. Vihanam is not responsible for refunds or misuse.
4. Refund Requests:
In case a transaction is made by mistake (duplicate payment, wrong amount, etc.), please contact us within 7 days at vihanam.next@gmail.com with proof, and we will review your request. If found valid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Product or Service Payment
If you have paid for any pet-related product or service through our website, you may cancel the booking within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds for cancelled services (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
6. Refund Timeline
Refund approval (if eligible): within 2–3 business days. Refund credited to account: within 7–10 business days after approval. Mode of refund: to the original payment method only.
