1. Eligibility:
Partners must be legally authorized entities or individuals with the appropriate permissions to represent causes, services, or organizations.
2. Information Accuracy:
Partners are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their organization, services. Misrepresentation may lead to removal from the platform.
3. Listings and Content:
Partners may submit content for publishing (e.g., adoption appeals, services, pet listings, articles). By submitting, you grant Vihanam a non-exclusive license to publish, display, and promote this content.
4. No Donations Policy:
Vihanam does not collect donations on behalf of partners. All donation-related communication and processing must be handled by the partner organization directly.
5. Promotion and Visibility:
Listing or featuring on the website is subject to approval and may involve a one-time or recurring service fee. Visibility is not guaranteed indefinitely. It is granted for a specific period and if person/organization wants to feature again, they can pay the recurring service fee.
6. Conduct and Ethics:
Partners must operate ethically and comply with all local and national laws related to animal welfare and public communication. Activities involving animal abuse, fraud, or manipulation will result in blacklisting.
7. Intellectual Property:
Content submitted must not infringe on copyrights or trademarks of others. Partners are responsible for securing rights for logos, images, or text used.
8. Commercial Use:
Commercial partners (e.g., pet product sellers, grooming services, etc.) must not spam or misuse the platform. Paid listings or promotions must adhere to advertising policies outlined by Vihanam.
9. Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove a partner’s profile or listing if found in violation of our policies.
